Removing walnut stains from hands: walnuts are delicious nuts; the nuts are said to be rich in nutrients such as omega-3 fatty acids, however cracking them is a bit tricky. Not only is cracking the walnut a hand task but it also leaves behind stains on your hands. What can you use to remove the stains? Don’t worry anymore. The following are steps on how to remove walnut stains from hands;

Things You Require:
1) Lemon juice
2) Vegetable oil
3) Anti-bacterial soap
4) Tooth paste
5) Lemon juice
6) Nail brush
7) Salt
8) Clean water
9) Hand lotion

 

Steps To Remove The Stains:

Step 1: Wash your hands thoroughly.

Wash your hands with a gentle anti-bacterial soap and warm water. Using the nail brush to clean your nails, making sure all the nails are taken care off. Once you are done, you will be in a position to determine how much walnut stains you are required to remove.

Step 2: Lemon juice application or lemon juice and salt mixture application.

1) Lemon juice application

Apply the lemon juice to the walnut stains. Apply it gently and smoothly, ensuring that the juice has time to work on the stains. The acid will enlighten your hands skin and also restore the skin appearance.
This is recommendable for a person with wet skin. If your skin is dry skip this step. Reason being that the lemon juice acid content might cause the stained area drying rate to progress.

2) Salt and lemon juice mixture application.

This mixture is used to remove really stubborn stains. Apply the mixture on your hands gently. The mixture will restore the skin appearance, although it may take 2 or 3 applications for the skin appearance to be restored. This depends on the seriousness of the stains.

Step 3: Apply cooking, olive or peanut oil.

Rub the oil gently on the stained skin. The oil will help to remove the remaining stains and restore the skin moisture balance.

Step 4: Wash your hands thoroughly again.

Wash your hands again with warm hand soap and warm water. Rinse them well. Dry your hands with a clean towel.

Step 5: Apply hand lotion.

Apply your ideal hand lotion gently. The hand lotion will smooth, soften and moisture the skin.
